3 Identity Verification (KYC)

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

499 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own turnover requirement, which is clearly stated at the time the bonus is issued.

• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the turnover requirement has been met
• Only one bonus may be active at a time — a second bonus cannot be added while one is already in use (except in special cases)
• Bonuses may only be used on your own account and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account termination.
• Promotional offers have a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the period ends.

6 Gaming Rules

• If your internet connection drops during a game session, the result will be saved on the server
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, 499 will resolve it based on the server logs.

7 Prohibited Activities
